Support Libraries

The Cloudy source distribution compiles and runs using only the standard library support available on the systems on which it has been tested.

Improved performance is possible by using processor-tuned libraries to substitute for the portable routines bundled with Cloudy. These are available for platforms including AMD (ACML) and Intel (MKL) under both Windows and Linux. The MKL libraries are bundled with the Intel C++ compiler.
